Make the s sound, and as you do, move your teeth down to make a hissing kind of sound that transforms into the n sound.

But the "se" is like... well it's hard to describe. Ssss then eh. Seh ven. but you merge the end of eh into the v. So when you SAY it it doesn't sound like Seh Ven coming out, but Sven.
